Lee Davis

CEO, and Co-founder

Lee's background includes both engineering and sales management positions in the instrumentation and computer fields. After his BSEE studies at University of Arizona, he held positions as Electronic Engineer, Manufacturing Manager, Test Engineering Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing. Lee has founded several other successful Electronic Companies and new Business ventures.

Jim Bolek

Vice President, CFO and Co-founder

Jim, one of the founders of ETI, began his career in electronics as a Technical Marketing Engineer with General Electric. He furthered his career with Burr-Brown, which later became part of Texas Instruments, in Technical Sales. He quickly advanced to Management directing the North American Independent Sales Channel. Jim was instrumental in the creation and operation of several successful sales organizations that are continuing to flourish today. With ETI, he is involved with Financial Operations and Company Strategy. He also bringing a wealth of knowledge in customer and vendor relations. Jim's education includes a BSEE from UCLA and a host of post graduate work in business management.

George Bowden

Vice President, Sales

George brings over 30 years of experience in both engineering and sales. His experience with board level and data acquisition hardware has proved to be beneficial to the growth of ETI. He began his career in engineering as a Test Engineer with IBM. He later moved into sales with HP and worked as a Sales Engineer in Instrumentation. His next pursuit led him to Burr-Brown in key Sales positions for both North America and Asia. Prior to joining ETI, he drove sales for a board and system level organization increasing sales by 125%. George holds a BSEE from the University of Arizona and received his MBA fro the University of Santa Clara.

Frank Santamaria

Director, Engineering

Frank, began his career serving 7 years in the military. One of his specializations was AC/DC power generation, systems and small engines. Along the way, he attended Monterey Peninsula College and received best of class honors at the Advanced Technical Training Center at the Aberdeen Testing Grounds, Maryland. Subsequently, Frank spent a number of years as an extraordinary computer systems instructor that lead to his appointment as Department Head at two different academic institutions.

His military and academic accomplishments were instrumental in his career with SBS Technologies where he quickly rose in the ranks to Senior Engineer. Frank joined ETI and was quickly promoted to Engineering Director where he oversees Technical Operations.
